Exterior House Painting
Your exterior house painting quote will be exact, detailed and include written explanations of the different stages in the painting necessary for your home or business to look great. Your house will be professionally power washed prior to any painting or preparation.
House Preparation Includes:
Cover all windows, light fixtures and other areas that aren't to be painted.
Tarp and drop cloth areas to protect them from drips.
Scraping all loose paint and priming bare wood areas.
Caulking all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4".
Clean up at the end of each day
Interior House Painting
We will protect your house with drop clothes, tarps, and blue painter’s tape.
All minor drywall repairs will be fixed prior to painting.
Dings, dents, nail holes, and nail pops will be patched, sanded, and smooth prior to painting.
Once the painting area is prepped, we will begin by cutting in around all windows, doors and ceiling.
Begin painting. (If necessary we will skim areas with drywall compound and sand between coats.)
Clean up at the end of each day.
House Staining
Your house will be professionally power washed prior to staining.
Tarps and drop clothes will be used to protect from drips.
All windows, light fixtures, doors, roof, etc. will be covered prior to staining.
Scrape away any loose stain or failing caulk. Caulking all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4”.
Pound any loose nails and drive wood screws where boards are warped. Begin staining
Clean up at the end of each day.
Wood Trim Painting
Tarp and drop cloth areas to protect them from drips.
Scraping all loose paint and priming bare wood areas.
Caulking all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4".
Clean up at the end of each day.
Aluminum Siding Painting
Your house will be professionally power washed prior to painting.
Tarps and drop clothes will be used to protect from drips.
All windows, light fixtures, doors, roof, etc. will be covered prior to painting.
Clean up at the end of each day.
Deck Staining
Decks will be professionally power washed prior to staining/painting. Once the deck is completely dry we will sweep away any loose dirt or debris.
Tarps and drop cloths will be used to protect areas not being stained.
Loose stain/paint will be scraped and/or sanded away.
Caulking will only take place when a solid stain/paint is being applied and the gap is less than ¼ inch.
Begin staining.
Clean up at the end of each day.
Power Washing
The first step in the painting process is to have your area house or business cleaned. Power washing is an effective and efficient way to clean the surfaces on the exterior of the area being painted. This service is included free of charge for all exterior house painting or staining projects.
Caulking and Sealing
Caulking will only take place when a solid stain/paint is being applied and the gap is less than ¼ inch. This will prevent your paint from chipping and keep it looking great for a long time.

Before an interior painting project can begin, any minor damage to drywall should be repaired. Repairing dents and holes in your walls will provide a finished look to your area home and help the paint look better and last longer. Paint will resist chipping and will stay smooth on repaired walls.
